The meditative movements of tai chi are excellent preparatory and complimentary mind-body methods to support meditation practice from any tradition. Tai chi can provide a bridge to and foundation for meditation - cultivating a relaxed body, strong internal energy (qi), emotional stability, and a focused mind. Don will discuss the moving mode of Taoist meditation utilizing Wu style tai chi in lieu of more ancient long qigong forms.
