Alright, I have a theory, those characters we see at the end, they’re rebels, the new alice angel is allison pendle , the one who replaced Susie Campbell as the voice of a alice angel and the new Boris that we see may be Thomas connors. So anyway, I think in chapter 5 they’ll take Henry to a resistance they have with other characters and they’ll think of a plan to destroy bendy and to shut down the ink machine once and for all.
But bendy helped Henry in this chapter maybe he is a good guy

It's probably because there were two voice actors for Alice. You know? Allison took (someone else i forgot)'s role, and voiced alice angel. but who knows.

So, Alice is like the leader of a Revolution or something? Also, since the Bendy worshippers were seen taking Alice’s corpse in the after credit scene, that probably means Bendy has a huge plan in the works. I think that it’s gonna be a huge Ink War between the Resistance and Bendy’s army. And a cool way to end the game would be to destroy the Ink Machine to stop Bendy/Joey forever, or side with Joey and empower the Ink Machine to thrive in an Inky Paradise.

I think there are 2 of each character.
We've seen 2 Alices.
The evil one must be Susie, while the good one is Allison.
We've seen 2 Boris's.
Corrupted Boris is one of the clones, while the good one might be Wally Franks, (see Game Theory to find out why I say this).
And believe it or not, there are 2 Bendy's.
The evil one we have seen and/or shot down must be Joey, but, there's a scene in Chapter 4, where Norman, The Protectionist, tries to get you, but you are saved by a different looking Bendy! So, I feel like they will explain this in Chapter 5, on how there's 2 of each character.
Bendy's character model changes each time the game gets a new chapter. I think it's been the same Bendy we've seen this whole time, and that the good Bendy, if one exists, will look a bit more like the one we see in the cartoons.

I feel like it's an updated design. If you look at Bendy when he walks, he still limps like he does in the other chapters. I don't think both versions of Bendy would have the same defect.
Piper Jojo Stott it just depends. It just wouldn't make a lot of sense if Bendy were to save us in that moment, just after trying to kill us so many times. And if there are 2 Bendy's, it would fit into my theory.
I just thought Bendy was out to get the Projectionist at the time. He probably didn't realise we were watching until he killed him. That's how I saw it.

Well Alice Angel had said something before how she used to be shapeless ink blob. And then the second time she rose she became an angel. So that means that their souls are bound to the ink and the workshop that they mold into bodies for the ex-workers now turned into searchers, those humanoid bodied searchers, (like Sammy or the searchers in that other room with the vent) something like Susie and the other two rebel Boris and Alice (Alison), and the Projectionist. But with Bertrum, I'd say that maybe there are some souls that got trapped into their creations.
Here's my theory: Bendy was trying to protect Boris, and when he saw Boris with Henry, he tried to kill Henry because of protection. And after the elevator crashed, Bendy made a fake Boris so the real Boris wouldn't die, and he killed The Projectionist to protect Henry after he saw that Henry was also protecting Boris. And he cloned Alice Angel earlier in the story to make a good version.
EXTRAS:
"Wandering is a Terrible Sin" was created by Alice (the twisted one) so the person who saw it would faint ans she could take his or her heart.
The Ink Machine was installed by Joey Drew to reanimate the dead and film them for a better price.
Grant Cohen went crazy because of how poor he was, he thought that if he worked at an animation studio, he would make good money, instead, he went mad and wrote on the walls, which caused him to die of panic.
Wally Franks was reanimated as Boris because he is seen to know where and what things are, like the Gent Pipe and the lever. He also is scared easily because Wally Franks says "I'm outta here." As Boris is seen to get scared when Alice sends the lift down and when he runs away when Henry arrives at the angel's room.

I think Joey Drew might actually be bendy! It makes sense! Think about it for a second. Joey replaced Susie with Allison correct? Susie didnt wanna be replaced, and the loved the character Alice. So it might be possible that Susie is the bad Alice! Allison would be the good Alice, sense there are two Alice voice actors. But back to Susie. Susie hated and despised Joey for replacing her right? Just like Alice hated bendy. Remember in chapter 3 when she made us take down those bendy cutouts? And then she said, "oh he hates it when I do that." Which means she did that just to annoy him. So maybe Susie is the bad Alice, and she hates Bendy, who's Joey Drew.

EpicMinnion1711 i guess lots of people got turned into different characters of the studio thanks to the ink machine (that could explain why there were lots of dead Boris clones in chapter 3) and the more compatible the personality of the person is with the character the more they end up looking like the character they turned into, maybe that's why the evil Alice was deformed and Allison Angel looks more like the original character
