    Hi, I am currently still working and I plan to go to Ferrandi to study cuisine in 2 years. I saw that the courses were shortened to 4 months. Should it bother me? Because I am still deciding between Ferrandi and LCB.

      hey it should not border you, you will have 3-6 months internship which is must, so you will learn quickly. the price is similar anyways...

    Can international students go and apply to Ferrandi and study abroad in Paris? I wanna become a pastry chef and I think it would be a great experience for me to try it if given the chance.

    i am intrested in going for macaron training week at ferrandi. i saw that one day at cordon blu in macaron class costs 250 euros (4 days are 1000 euros) and at ferrandi for 4 day i have to pay 1800 euros. tell me is it ferrandi worth that money.

      Hello, sorry for the late respond, ferrnadi is good school, nevertheless cordon bleu is good school as well very traditional though but they do have very nice lab both of them! I think 1800€ its a bit expensive for learn how to make macaroons i also sure that you can learn how to make macarons in 4 hours and not 4 days, however there few different techniques and climat is one part that is important for macaron mass, so it really depends on how much money do you have if you don't care to put 1800€ to learn how to make it then go to flrrandi, if you have pressure with money and you would like to save some then to cordon bleu, Anyway both are good choice Good luck!

    Do they require to have any experience in the kitchen before schools?

    • @EldarKabiri
      @EldarKabiri 6 років тому +1

      Not really, but any relationship you have connected to the kitchen is obviously better for you, it gives you privilege and more chances to succeed.

    How challenging is Ferrandi when you think it's only 5 months? How did you find it? I'm gonna apply for the cuisine program as well.

    • @EldarKabiri
      @EldarKabiri 6 років тому

      very nice good luck to you! its challenging five months its a lot of time even though its seems short. i wish you all the best! And I liked it and enjoyed it all

    • @EldarKabiri
      @EldarKabiri 5 років тому

      Hello sorry for the late respond the intensive program is very challenging long hours, you have to be very organised chefs that always shouting a lot of stress and work, but besides that is fun, you meet new people you get new experience you challenge yourself very often and pass your limits as well, but you learn a lot of new stuff as well, so its very intensive you will need to count 3-6 months internship that is must have otherwise you won't get your diploma.
