Ok so I've gone through the comment section and somebody said grammatically the answer is "extinct". In my understanding, the answer of 31 would be - "disappeared". Because when she said "we can't do anything", the exact word she used with that sentence was- "disappeared". If it's grammatically not right so, it means the audio/speaker could be grammatically wrong. Then what we gonna do with other answers if it's wrong grammatically because we have to right it down as in the audio 🙄 They should give the reasons with the answers. Most of the time I feel like answers are wrong and they've just put the answers with their own understanding. 🤦🏻
I've done 3 tests in this channel and get result as 24, 30 and 37 now. This test seems easier than previous tests I take but there is a thing in common. Every test they post contains at least 1 or more wrong answer as well as other controversial answers, is it lack in preparation for video or a bait for people to write many comments to the video lol
yes. For some reasons,I can fill in most of the blanks. Don't know if I have read this passage somewhere, if so, it must be 4-5 years ago because I just back to IELTS today. Or its just basic collocations that you can infer the next word by the previous word or vice versa.

5. He said he would live in a flat, but like in some next month and the woman ask he to write down where he lives right now and it's "hall". But I thought they were saying "house" but in a weird accent bc I never thought people can live in hall??
In addition, I believe if you are giving a non-digital exam, answering these questions would be relatively easy, as you can underline the keywords of a question to avoid missing out on information and be better prepared for the next one.

no, it must be "extinct" to be grammatically correct.
If "are" was "have", it would have been disappeared, but it's not the case
