That was fun to watch, all that hard work. I had a 8x12 and a 6x8 shed built in my backyard 19 years ago. Every winter we would store our ceramic flower pots in the big shed, the moisture wicked out the bottom of the pots and weakend the floor so bad if you step there you will fall thru, now I have to replace the floor boards.😬
What state? I'm just trying to figure out why you didn't use a moisture barrier, I mean you used one on the floor Is this non-permitted? Just curious, as where I am, tiny home have certain code "exclusions" but the "standard" codes remain (vapor barriers, 16" OC, etc)

Glad you enjoyed it. At least you only have to replace the floor. Much cheaper than the entire shed. 👍
Yup and learned a lesson too.
Great build! Just curious, what size nails did you go with to hang the Smartside sheeting?
Thanks XFBO - I used 2-3/8"X.113" because they are the shortest nail I could find that would fit in my nail gun.
2nd top plate goes on after all the walls are up. It's how you make your walls straight.
Im looking to build something similar for a chicken coop, about how much was it for the material?
Cost information is in the video description

Colorado and this is a non-permitted build because of the square footage.
