As someone with social anxiety but loves cons, how do u not get scared and run back home walking to trains, any tips?

Ahh I just tried to distract mysef the whole time by talking to the camera. Its very easy to get overwhelmed at big cons like this so its always great to go or meet up with friends there. Its also a great place to make friends! Then its much easier to enjoy the con rather than being scared! I hope this helped
