Temuera dancing in the Jango Fett armour with an umbrella a) instantly had me signing 'singing in the rain' and b) is something I didn't realise i needed :D
It was a stunt double. There is no way Temuera is that tall. Look at when he has the helmet on standing next to George he's about 4-5 inches taller than George. So that's the double. When Temuera is standing next to George without them helmet they are roughly the same height George maybe a fraction taller. Most definitely two different people.
I know they made Hayden talk in a monotone way like Vader because the Jedi were emotionless , but I think he should have been normal because he was raised as an average (but unfortunate slave) child and he continued to be controlled by his emotions and attachments as a Jedi. Even in The Clone Wars , Matt Lanter's voice is literally Hayden's normal one .

Lucas has said as a nod to the old era stuff he grew up with the romance scene dialogue was meant to be kinda overdone and corny. But it was a bit much, to the point that it took some viewers out of the movie. Leia and Han's courtship was done perfectly. The chemistry was there. The princess and scoundrel. He drove her crazy and of course they fell for each other. Hard. And we totally bought it. AOTC would have worked better having another pair of bounty hunters follow Anakin and Padme to Naboo where she comes closer to being killed and Anakin is injured saving her. Then we get a much less painful and plausible Florence Nightingale effect as she tends to him as he recovers. There's your blossoming love story.
There was a digital Yoda in TPM, however it was just a shot from above where you see him walking while he's talking to Obi-Wan at the ending, no close-up.

In fact, the unbiased truth is that the prequels were the best films - from the ideas they portrayed, to how these ideas were portrayed, to the transformations, romance and combat that was shown, as well as its overall advancement of cinematography and absolute best music scores in the entire Star Wars Saga. Most of the best Star Wars music scores were in the prequels, not the originals or the recent films. Same with the quality of most other features of the films compared to the originals and recent ones. It is not uncommon for most people to get the truth completely wrong, labelling things the opposite of what they really are. People call good, evil, and evil, good, and call black, white, and white, black. With Star Wars this exact thing happened. I'm just passionate about this because it's sad to see the mass foolishness of it. It's just a movie, but people's opinions speak a lot about the unfortunate state of the world.
I love them too. The Prequels are my favorite of the three Star Wars trilogies due to its creativity, action, score, and how much it did for Star Wars in regards to lore and pop culture.
One of the few things I'd be okay with changing in the special edition is the Luke-Leai incest kiss in Empire . No need to make Greedo shoot or add unnecessary rats or rocks .
The change to Jango’s jet pack wasn’t done for the DVD. It was done for the digital theatrical version (rather than the one shipped out on film, which needed to be done several weeks earlier). If you saw it in a digital theatre, it was there since the day it opened. You should have added that the first cast list Lucasfilm released included the casting of Christopher Walken as Darth Bane, who was clearly cut long before any filming

Even his creepy rape vibes he puts out with Padme in this movie makes sense because he never learned how to romance as it's forbidden for a Jedi.

The Naboo meadow scene had me and my friends immediately expecting Julie Andrews to show up singing "The Sound of Music" theme song when we first saw it. After that scene, we spent the rest of the movie giggling like idiots.😂😂😂
Since I didn't really understand or really care about the overall story as a kid, I didn't take many scenes very seriously and I ended up thinking that the scene with Dooku interogating Obi Wan was a just a very high quality hologram.
George Lucas has a tendency to edit his movies on the fly so what was said here doesn't surprise me any bit. That is also the reason why in susquisent DVD and Blu-Ray releases there are other changes that have been made.
Finding out the dinner scene was improvised makes the awkwardness of the pear make a lot more sense - they were probably just told to 'act like you're eating' and had no physical food props, so they just kind of floated through it
In the concept art book for this movie, there are several pictures of the “female Dooku”/ Asajj Ventress concept and costume designs. Some of them are less cool than others, but they’re all pretty good, with the more Ventress-looking ones being downright kickass. I’d highly recommend the book to any serious fan of the Star Wars universe.
Not 100% on this one, but wasn't the shadow of Jango's head flying out of the helmet also added after the theatrical release? I remember at the theatre thinking when Boba lifted up Jango's helmet, isn't his head still in there?
Many fans don't seem to know Darth Tyranus is Count Dooku's Sith name, of course many fans also act like Ani isn't Darth Vader until after he's sealed in the suit Whilst those that grew up with George's originals may have been disappointed with George's prequels if they didn't go in with the "I'm no longer a kid" mindset, many of the younger generation grew up with them. Kids love Jar Jar, won't somebody please just think of the children. I tend to specify George's prequels because Rogue One is a prequel too, something a lot of Gen X fans tend to deny. A lot of people seem to forget about Jonathan Hales when they criticize George's writing, maybe all that romance stuff is on Jonathan Hales. Ironically Attack of the Clones is considered the weakest of George's prequels, of course how about that Last Jedi lol 😝. Like New Hope, Phantom Menace & Revenge of the Sith had no cowriter. Many even prefer Revenge of the Sith to Return of the Jedi, even some Gen Xers like Kev Smith, it's them Ewoks and that infamous musical number versus George's darkest episode right

Actually the CGI Yoda fact is technically not true. When Yoda is promoting Obi wan at the end of the phantom menace, the scene of him pacing and talking to Obi Wan in the dark is CGI and appeared that way in the theatrical release.
Hayden Christiansen was the actor who HAD chemistry with Natalie Portman??? That... is a baffling claim. What scene did that appear in? Lack of chemistry between them strikes me as arguably the most glaring acting issue in the whole of Star Wars.
It actually bugs me that Sam Jackson had that put on his lightsaber. I own a FB Star Wars fan page, and have a few words that are banned because they cause trouble. The F bomb is obviously one of them, but people keep thinking the word was used "in canon" and is therefore acceptable.

I think George Lucas made the right decision of casting Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker.

Actually the CGI Yoda fact is technically not true. When Yoda is promoting Obi wan at the end of the phantom menace, the scene of him pacing and talking to Obi Wan in the dark is CGI and appeared that way in the theatrical release.

Hayden Christiansen was the actor who HAD chemistry with Natalie Portman??? That... is a baffling claim. What scene did that appear in? Lack of chemistry between them strikes me as arguably the most glaring acting issue in the whole of Star Wars.
