Sonic CD's level design is such a good fit for Knuckles considering how vertical the levels are.

They did it!! They got the rights to "Do Anything!" I remember buying the Sonic CD Remaster on the Xbox Live Arcade, and liked that it has the the option to play the original or US Soundtracks, but "Do Anything" was just an instrumental. I'm excited to get this game now!

@@calamus89 That's unfortunate. I guess that means I should hold onto my Sonic Mega Collection plus. I have been replaying Sonic 3 & Knuckles on my PS2, since I never got those games on my Genesis.

@@ashmander3465 no literally , his gameplay is very good , she have a double jump with her hammer , I have the dlc and I complete today sonic 1 , sonic cD and sonic 2 with her and is more fast defeat the death egg robot with Amy , than sonic , his double jump have more hit box and she is untouchable when you used it

The routes were added as part of the 2.0 patch which was applied yesterday.
Fun fact: The opening theme with Amy Rose having the cards has a slowed down version of Collision Chaos JP/EU 🇯🇵🇪🇺 song
They added those routes so knuckles can get pass the level because he can’t jump high and climbing may not work in parts that he can’t jump high but overall that I like how there trying to make knucklehead fit in the sonic cd levels
Knuckles is so broken especially metallic madness act 2 when you can skip by going upper and glide it xD

14:06 missed opportunity to add a third exit by having Knuckles climb even higher. Similar to the 3rd exit they added to Spring Yard act 2. All the new routes are appreciated and cool to see, though.
Now we need a video on the new routes on Sonic 1 and 2 cause almost no one’s ever made a video on them.

Timeline Headcanon:
From the Cast's perspective, Knuckles CD takes place before Pocket Adventure.
From Little Planet's Perspective, it's a sequel to Sonic 4 Episode 2.
Pocket Adventure is barely canon...
But it can be set before Sonic 4.

NGL, looks like Sega hired a modder or two to put Knuckles in the game.
I did not take any of those routes, because I was busy getting hyped over Super Amy.
I got more hyped over Hyper Amy
@@gengargamer5657 Hyper Amy is able to throw hammers, making her even better. Probably not as good as Super Tails, but Hyper Amy is great.

What soundtrack is on by default? japan or United States states?
When you first install Sonic Origins or when you delete your save data the NA soundtrack is default.
Can you only play knuckles in cd in origins plus it was he patched into Norma origins?
Yes, you need the "Plus" update to be able to play as Knuckles in CD. The extra routes in CD were patched into "normal" Origins.

You need to download the dlc which includes playable Amy and Knuckles in CD. What platform do you have Origins Plus on? Do you have the physical disc version or did you purchase Origins Plus digitally?

Yeah you can't play as Knuckles, Amy or Tails in Classic mode in Sonic CD (only in Anniversary Mode) which is a shame.

TBF, Sonic CD's Level Design is ass and Wacky Workbench is literally a Mario Maker level anyway. And besides there isn't much you can do with it.

@@doctormodder The problem isn't CD's level design, CD's level design is actually pretty strong if you're playing how it's meant to be played (looking for those robot generators and Metal holograms). The problem here is how pointless the routes are. They serve no purpose other than to give you a few poorly considered power ups, which is just a waste of time because it's not helping you at all.
