Well! It's Saturday 12:30 in the afternoon. The Columbia meet isn't over officially yet but it's safe to make the call, Oregon Ducks win both the men's and women's meet. And Em, anything in the 9 minute range is good for the 3K this early in the season. You did great!
i don’t tend to practice the art of cringe comments too often, but i just wanted to say how much i appreciate these vlogs. i’m in the process of trying to run for d1 and it’s been... definitely a process. i’m not really a body issue type of person, however, this year i’ve really run into some issues that i usually just dismiss with sarcasm or dry humor. when you started talking about how you see yourself in a uniform compared to others, i definitely related to that. seeing your vlogs and recipes (which by the way, bloody brilliant) have totally changed my point of view for college and running in general.

I was at the armory 3x this year and it was a lot of fun I ran the mile, 1,000m, and 400m(the 400 was for workout purposes I’m not a 400m runner lol)

lunathebutterscotch a lot of people travel, but they are a little more selective for across the country trips like this

How many laps is a 3k on an indoor track? I guess it varies from track to track because I've heard of some tracks being 200m, some 300...and then there's the Dempsey which I think is 307m..?
Most indoor tracks are 200m so a 3k would be 15 laps
