Love it.Being single and an empty nester, I would leave out the bunkbeds and make the downstairs bedroom my office/ craft room.I would have a sofa bed couch for guests,mainly my granddaughter.I've seen loveseats that pull out to a bed.I really want to have a tiny house since I only use a third of my current home.I have subscribed to this channel and look forward to more videos.
What you could do is still have the bed but one that retracts into the wall but is also a desk and or art station when not in use. Therebare some fantastic designs out there.....

I like the open concept. But how do you clean the triangular windows on the front without a large ladder?
A small gallery with a railing would be helpful.

Maganda, maaliwalas, ample windows like ko yung bubong full coverage, di exposed sa bad weather. Sana meron covered laundry area with own sink sa backyard kahit small lang po. Tnx👌

The high ceiling over the living area/kitchen is a waste of space. A second floor bath could easily fit above that area.
Hi Jim, thanks for commenting 😊 That is a loft style house and its meant to have a high ceiling for good ventilation.
Space planning is one of our forte, the house measure 6x4 and its T&B is meant on the g/f :)

why is not the roof planned as a full floor? Instead with a mere loft! this is a waste of space - an nonsens!

And sorry but we beg to disagree about the “waste of space” comment, a piece of information we want to share with you is that some people prefers “loft type houses” because they want to MAXIMIZE the limited space they have and some other factors such a budget is also considered.

Not a great lounge/sofa Area, not practical for watching TV. I think a bar in the kitchen & sofa in front, put the window on other wall ,so tv replaces that window ,nobody wants to have to watch Tv with their neck turned to watch it......😉🇦🇺Au.

So much wasted space - You could fit another room above the kitchen. And WHY have an open loft with no sound-barrier between someone trying to sleep in there while somone else is watching TV or clattering pans in the kitchen downstairs? It would be far more practical and sensible to have a wall and door separating it from the rest of the house.

“Open galleries” are for entertainment, it gives people the access to things that are maybe non-available in real life but can be achieved such as DREAM HOUSES.
