Your 100% correct. I have been saying this for a while. Also the possibility of renting this is very very hard. I know many who have been tricked into those mistake. They struggle to find tenants.
@@my0.02cents I share the same sentiments as well. I live in the States and the cost of these Kenyans apartments is enough to put a down payment on a nice property that will appreciate much faster over time. Kenyan apartments NEVER appreciate. If you look at the cost of apartments in these locations (Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa) in 2024, it’s the same cost they were in 2009!!!! Someone who bought one in 2010 for example has not made any money on the property except maybe from rental yields. Furthermore, no tenants in Nairobi (only a few) can afford the overpriced rents on these apartments should you buy one. Who will pay 150k in rent on an apartment in Nairobi every month? These apartments stay empty for months. No wonder they keep being advertised everyday by different UA-cam channels. I see the same apartments being marketed over and over again. Even if you go to AirBnb, there’s a million of these apartments which means that market is also saturated. I honestly think anyone buying these apartments in Nairobi, especially from the diaspora where there are better options, IS AN IDIOT!!
Please do some research on M2, Nairobi realtors seem to collaborate with developers in selling an apartment of 60m2 claiming it is 140m2. A 140m2 apartment in the West, New York, Paris, London, is a huge Condo, these pieces you people are staging are so false for the market. Very disappointing.

Je préfère l'appartement de 3 chambres. Sinon, les 2 logements sont très jolis.

@@my0.02cents I think it’s just common sense if you look closely. Tens of millions for an apartment in Nairobi is stupid.

Visit the site, we will do an actual measurement for you,
😂 Hilariously overpriced. This is not Beverly Hills.
Did you know that an acre of land in Riverside is 400M . It is the most prime high-rise residential location.
