Hi Charlotte !! I love these series of favorites from you , the other than makeup series. This year I discovered a Korean brand named I'm from and their honey glow serum just changed my life. It completely softened my dry skin. I also got an electric blanket that makes me sleep so well 😃😍
Keeping track of what you have read…and maybe add a little synopsis, is a great idea. I wish I had done this years ago. I find myself now starting a book and a few chapters in realise that Iv already read it, I know this seems weird but trust me, when you get into the hundreds and thousands of read books, particularly a specific author or genre, it gets quite tricky….so a list is the best way to go 👍🏽 I’m also a Stephen King girl. I have fond memories of getting completely lost in The Dark tower series and having to wait, for what seemed like an age to get my hands on the last book in the series because he hadn’t finished it! I LOVE HIS BOOKS 💛 so easy to get lost in. I felt bereft when he said he was retiring from writing, so pleased when he couldn’t stay away and they just kept coming. I haven’t read any for a bit so I’m excited to discover all the new gems waiting for to get lost in. I only found your channel today, your vid about getting over a breakup popped up in my feed. What a fun list 😀 favorite life style and non makeup things I tried and have started using this year this year were -Elemis resurfacing pads The inkey list oat balm cleanser / moisturizing mask ( in the winter ) before I use the fulvic acid cleanser -The inkey list omega water cream moisturizer as my Sumer daytime moisturizer under primer and makeup -The leave in conditioner from the local company I love for my hair care - Jinsa Essentials -Discovering more vegetable focused meals and being consistent in adding them to my meals throughout the week - I am not vegetarian I just wanted to find a way to add more vegetables to my meals throughout the week that I enjoy and will do consistently I often add additional protien sources ( chicken beef salmon or lamb ) to some of the meals if I feel I want to As someone still exploring fragrance the one I found this year ( this winter specifically ) that was my favorite of this year was dolce and gabana devotion intense - hazelnut, orange blossom, Madagascar vanilla this differs from the original by taking out the lemon which I don’t love in fragrance on me and replacing it with orange blossom and adding hazelnut which rounds out the fragrance really nicely on me and my husband liked it on me as well
Redken shampoos are superb. I've been using the volume inject for years. Make sure to wash your scalp/hair twice, as these professional shampoos are meant to be used this way. Also try Pureology leave in conditioner spray. Superb!!!!

An inspiring video making me question what I’m doing with my life. All I do is watch UA-cam videos and series on Netflix etc while I clean, tidy and do admin. I need to get back to reading, my first love. A resolution for next year I feel ❤

I also liked the Wicked movie. I am usually not into musicals and things like fairytales and Disney, but I really enjoyed it and Ariana Grande did a great job! I used to be a fan when i was younger
What a wonderful video, that inspires me to make use of and great products that bring me joy. This year I have been discovering The Organic Pharmacy, although the two products I’ve been using all year have been discontinued now that I have to replace them. I am currently also very belatedly using some lovely pampering products that my husband gave me last Christmas when I was still pregnant, including a fantastic Diptyque candle in the Coton fragrance that just smells so fresh and uplifting.

This vid wouldn't have been complete without the Beis bag!! My product of the year: Refectocil eyelash and brow tint (technically it's not a make up item) It's been around for years but I only found out about it recently - for light lashed people who dont look like they have any lashes unless they wear mascara - it is fantastic. I don't think I'll ever not tint them from now on. And for anyone who can't find a mascara they aren't sensitive to, tinting is where it's at. (but patch test!)

As I’ve gotten older my grey roots are getting worse to cover up, I now have to go once a month for root touch ups and that only last for about 2 1/2 weeks so in between I use the spray, I tried that color wow powder but my greys are too stubborn and it doesn’t work for me. I have dark brown hair and it’s about your length, I try to go as long between washes but after 3 days I have to wash it. Love the Redken shampoo and conditioner too. I missed out on that Koyo brush when it first came out, just ordered it❤
OMG Charlotte! We have the same tastes but for me, Wicked was the film I ran from the cinema as I felt my ears were bleeding from ALL the songs. To me it was absolutely terribly bad. For me the best movie was Long Legs.
Thank you for the fragrance recommendation and this video! I myself have been dipping back into previous purchases. Been pulling back out iris nobile by acqua di parma. I liked the new cometes fragrance by chanel but ended up passing due to this; just prefer the AdP one more wrt iris fragrances.
I never bought a Niche perfume because I worry I'll get bored soon like I do with designer. But I think I'll buy one of the Ex Nihilo perfumes because I bought so many clones of it and haven't got bored yet. But since I love that one so much, I wonder about more from the brand.
That Beis mini weekender is fantastic. I have it and have given it as gifts. Everyone loves it! I'm an avid reader also and prefer a book book. BUT I read too much and real books are just too expensive. So 98% of my reading is on my Kindle paperwhite (love) and it is like walking around with a library at your fingertips. I did have to come up with a system to keep track of what I haven't read. As soon as I read something I remove it from my Kindle. Only books I haven't read are on my kindle. No way I could keep the straight any other way.
Hi Charlotte, I’ve been using ColorWow for a while, and found it useful. But I still have a doubt: do you remove it before having your hair dyed? I always try to clean the roots as much as possible, because I’m afraid otherwise the dye wouldn’t work!
I’m love murder mysteries also, I’m a big fan of James Patterson. I especially enjoy the Alex Cross series, the Women’s Murder Club series & the Michael Bennet series. I listen to my books on Audible but I’m going to try to read a few this year. 💜💜💖

U n I girl, are at the same stage of hair life! 😉 I tried dark brown permanent salon color on my roots at first but the regrowth just shows so darn much on dark hair, it’s just not a sensible option… I tried blond highlights too, but like u, I’m a deep brunette at heart… What works best I found is Clairol Advanced Grey Solution SEMI permanent color… Saves me so much time n money :: I dye my own roots every 4ish weks n the formula sticks to my greys in a very « look at my pretty tonal highlights » way… It hides greys perfectly n because it slowly n gently fades with washes, I never have a harsh regrowth line anymore… GAME CHANGER! I like 6N because it is neutral n it works for me but they have coppery shades if that’s ur jam! 😘 Color WOW powder shadows in between color n there u have it :: natural, pretty grey coverage without harsh regrowth and/ or expensive colorist bills! 🙌🏼✨🫶🏼😉

The extreme redken shampoo in the blue bottle is more hydrating than the silver one, the mask in the silver bottle is brilliant though
