I agree with Scottie about keeping the filet whole and putting a nice lobster salad on the filet. Also yes to the spicy arugula. Lastly I would put it all on a lightly toasted ciabatta roll. Sounds like the ultimate surf and turf sandwich.

I just returned from 10 days on the Emerald Princess, and am binging on your Oceania vlogs, great job. Have to say that your Emerald vlogs were spot on! All your comments on the food were right to the point, and were a god send! My worry about the Wheelhouse Bar came true, as the Gastropub took up too much room, and detracted from the Caribbean Princess style ambiance. One saving grace is that we switched to your favorite, Crooners! Great service, and it has become our go to watering hole! Thanks again, loving the Oceania vlogs.

The buffet looks good. I do agree with Scotty to a point in regards to the lobster. I would of not shredded it but kept it More chunked with a light Mayo. Go easy on spice. I agree the meat should have held the spice flavor, allow the lobster to stand on its own. Nice video. The quality looks great.

Yes This Is An Older Crowd. There Is One Child Traveling With The Mother And We Believe To Be The Grandparents. Very Friendly Passengers Onboard This Cruise
Guys, everything looks good, nothing terrible, but I am so underwhelmed with the food. After all I have heard about Oceania and how top notch their food was, even the food in the Italian restaurant, you pretty much left the filet of sole and the chop Scottie had. Has there been anything that you would give let’s say a 5 star to? So sorry its not Devine.
