Not sure about the eating tips. Tuna contains usially much larger quantity of mercury than makrel. Also, fresh salads may be dangerous bc of e coli and for women that have not been infected toxoplasmosis gondii yet. Careful about thosw tips
I thought canned white tuna is fine as it's made from smaller tuna. Yes it's better to be careful about where the fish is from and eat moderately
