I went to Jaisalmer, Rajasthan a couple weeks ago, sadly didn't get the chance to meet the Gypsies but I think it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to.
I am speechless ...Tears are coming from eyes ... Whether to admire this beautiful ancient culture or to cry on their pity condition .... All I could do only smile and hit like button... Love from Haryana.... The Great Marwar..... Jai Maharana Jai Mahakaal... May one day we will get our ancient prestige ....😊😊
As european romani person I would be very interested to meet with these people to see how much conection we have ..and also would like to find out why our ancestors left their homeland..but that is something we will never find out sadly ❤
The dance and music seem full of very old mysteries. The singer in the last bit has great charisma. And whoever filmed and edited this, with everything - even the moon - in it's right place, has done a superb job. This is GOLD.
god sees your devotion unto its power. each one the great knowingness carries your deovtion unto the wind. i rejouruce thaat my songs are remembered and sang with such power of connection i weep for i know no other way to open unto my most loving loved and loveingness that sings through the heart awaking the wspernet within me. i dance in escasy in raw unadulterated spirit aw the man i am who love the woman within the comosis as within the essence of himself connected to his mother, behold i dance my sacred dance and hear re rmember my own awakening unto which you sing and i am alive with fire unto gods i thank you,
Usually they worship a Peepal tree sry dont knw the english word for Peepal but u can google.....just a religious twist to save the tress which release max amt of oxygen
My dear friend statistics show that your last name is used in some part of Africa .. many Gujrati migrated either to London or kenya.. seems like u are a lohana community like myself .. sindh and Pakistan is our native .. so our way of speaking Gujarati is slightly different then normal Gujarati.. if u notice ahmedabadi speak differently and surati speak differently .. our community was bought up between the border of Rajasthan and Sindh.. like we are traders so some traits in our way of speaking is similar to Rajasthan however the song in video is rajasthani .. and it's on peer raam baba.. a super hero .. like we have sandeo in hindu gujarati and in Jain gujarati.. so words are similar but reference is different .
No matter which part of the world you go, the original people there are the most poorly treated. I guess this is because the thieves who displaced them know what they have is stolen and are desperately perpetuating the bullying so they can hold on to what is not theirs for as long as possible. SOMETIMES IT IS A VERY LONG TIME.
Ever wonder why the government and elite never did anything about it. The outside world is helpless because it is called FREEDOM OF RELIGION in all constitution. ( disguised slavery ).
Western Indian culture. Rajasthan at the center, western MP on the East, Gujarat on the West. Maharashtra, Goa, Punjab, Sindh lost a lot as they were ruled by conservative invaders from the south and the west.......
