I use a charger with a display showing voltage , amperage, ect . It's very handy KNOWING your device is charging and a what rate . You'd be surprised how big things can be incredibly slow to charge , by only accepting 0.2 amps and small things , like a flashlight accepting 1 full Amp . Big difference..
I could really use that battery charger I have a battery charger but it says you have to use the included batteries which I have lost most of them resulting in buying batteries almost every month.
