Песня эта старая,вариантов у нее много.Кто ее только ни пел.На мой взгляд версия которую создала 14летняя Диана это эталон.Именно так и надо.Все остальное лишь бледные тени.О таких как Диана в России говорят-соль земли русской.Глубинный народ,то на чем держится наша культура,наш уклад жизни.То без чего нас нет.Талант, выросший сам.

I've seen several Russian's sing this song, famous ones...and nobody adds the darkness, intensity and color Diana does. It's almost a different song because mood is so much more intense and dramatic with Diana's vocalizations.

One video of Diana's, in my sight, is a total masterpiece the like of which I don't remember ever seeing before in my long life. It's a must see for anyone that loves singing with unending emotion. The background of the song is essential to know. The title of the song is "Ornery (or "Fastidious" or "Finicky") Horses". The song has nothing to do with horses in reality - the horses are being used as a metaphor for life. A singing teacher once commented on this song that if he wrote down all the singing techniques Diana uses here, he would have a list of all the singing techniques. The song is about an orphan who is about to get married and goes to the river to talk to her parents and ask for their blessing. The river is the connection to the world of the dead. The celebration can be heard in the background. That's the swinging part of the music. You probably already know that Diana was in an orphanage. It seems to be her song. Hence all the emotions she expresses admirably here. Diana's acting, the scenery, the dancers. This is musical theatre - at its best.

i have watched Diana sing this song many many times and i still cry real tears.
There's another prior performance of "Rechenka" (The River) where she was much younger. I think that performance was even better and more mesmerizing than this one, despite the fact that her voice wasn't as mature and stable as it is now. That said, I think she was only 14 or 15 years old at that time and at one point the dancers picked her up and set her back down, which made it even more impressive that she kept her singing so stable and beautiful.
Diana is a force of nature!

Каверы Дианы постоянно переворачивают песню под нее. Думаю ,с ней работают талантливые,знающие ее оранжировщики. Ее версия "Реченьки"на шоу "Ты - супер" более удачная,но видимо там глушат за авторские права. Изначальная версия "Реченьки" в современном варианте была в исполнении Аллы Пугачевой. Но это очень разные оранжировки. Традиционная народная версия‐это третий вариант.🙄
