I'm one biggest opposer of such dams where a river flow is blocked, i mean this brings suffering to the people who have cows goats etc and also the forest and wild animals are suffering due to low levels of water, but i do support dams that are built where a spring has been found then they build a dam around that area not the blockage of the river flow because you'll find out that those that are living on the upper side of the river it's whites with plenty of water then black farmers are sharing the lower part with low levels of water
