Yeah, it has different mechanics from a lot of other planes, it takes time to get used to it. Some Pro Tips: usually set flaps to 10 degrees at takeoff and full at landing. The takeoff speed is around 110-160kts depending on your weight and landing is around 130-100kts again depending on your weight. Hope this helps :)
