@@NashNichols thought about not doing it, but I realize just making the video under the assumption that everyone knows exactly how one of the highest skill floor champs functions, probably would have made the guide a bit inaccessible
as an aphelios jungle main, im insanely impressed that someone else out there actually tried learning it completely to this degree as well. mega props bro 👊
@@psychopathicporo pretty damn good imo! and dont worry if some people cant understand it, it's not your explanation's fault, it's the champion's fault 💀
This is a random note, but when stacking chakrams you can time abilities to extend the duration of the stacks, like waiting to consume calibrum passive marks. However a really obscure mechanic that never gets mentioned is that you can actually extend duration of stacks briefly, even if you don't gain any chakram stacks. For example, if you have green white and have chakram stacks you'd normally extend the duration of stacks through regular auto attacks or by consuming calibrum passive marks by hitting calibrum q or from the crecendum turret. However you can still extend the duration by a little bit by pressing calibrum/crecendum q without hitting anything. The same applies to aphelios ult as well (it works for all 5 ults even if they can't stack chakrams). The mere act of pressing q or r with chakram stacks about to expire grants you a very short window to continue extending chakram duration. The one exception to this is gravitum (purple) q because it has no interactions with other weapons.
@@psychopathicporo its really obscure and doesn't really help in most cases, since the extended duration for chakrams is barely anything. I think its more a quality of life feature, allowing you to do things like calibrum q into calibrum passive proc right at the end of the timer, rather than having to guess if you have enough time left and fire calibrum q and proc passive before the timer ends. It is however long enough to squeeze in a few extra autos with chakrams if you're close enough to the target, so I mostly use this when being greedy trying to get platings.
Would terminus rush be viable if the passive procced on camps? It has some ad some as good interaction with his build in lethality he can stack it easily and givs you some armor and magic res.
A straight up updated guide for something like that probably won't happen, but if enough of my guides go outdated then I might do a mass update video where I quickly go over changes for all of them in one sitting
Dude bork first item just works the best , don't need crit early game as a jungler anyways , lifesteal is more important, botrk - kraken/cleaver - cleaver/kraken - any appropriate crit. I said crit not needed because you'd already have a bot carry in the game , if you go to play to get camps like drakes and baron crit is not needed. Cleaver and kraken helps with other carries to kill tanks.
@@maltehagedorn8939 I like titanic because it's ability actually works from full range, whereas the other tiamat items force him to go melee. The tiamat itself is mostly for helping out with early damage against camps or invades
@@psychopathicporowell i’d say don’t listen to them bc gwen jungle is super fun and a lot of viewers would love a video but yea i get not angering the fans 😕
Make sure to check out my twitch stream at twitch.tv/psychopathicporo! I stream 5 days a week playing all kinds of off-meta picks
I love how the first 10 mins of the video are just explaining the champ lol

@@psychopathicporo i agree. Thanks for doing that
I read this comment before watching the video and thought “oh they must be exaggerating it can’t be that long”
…oh
Poro video with minimal gaslighting, very nice

How'd I do with the gun cycle explanation stuff? 😭

Aphelius is the one character I can't call broken because I don't know what he does.
He goes pew-pew. He does it the hardest in the game.
I don't even play League anymore but still love these off-meta videos
also thanks for the good laugh at 12:31
Him just staring at me at 12:33 was so unnerving x.x
It's your fault
@@psychopathicporo You're so right.
the fact that i learned a lot more about aphelios from an aphelios jungle guide than an actual adc guide makes me worried
Love Off meta videos! Also 12:32 too true
Oh boy this is a banger
you've become my favourite league channel❤
Yippee
I'm so back with this. Was already experimenting with aphelios jg on my own, now with this guide I can definitely hit Iron 4 this season

i was constipated and this video helped me finally go to the bathroom. thanks!
LES GO!!! brings back memories of Aphelios Top
edit: alright, after finishing the vid, I'd say it's more like "Tank" Twitch!
Thank you for this video. Your information is super useful and I can't wait to try this!
Waiting on the full and updated Ornn Jungle guide
poro, as the ambassador of Husum's Swungle, I want you to somehow make it work.
Already put it A tier in my can it jungle tierlist, I see the vision
I LOVE OFF META STUFF
Didn't want to play this since it was pretty good, but now that I know about it being weaker, I'm gonna lock this in every game.
Infernum is very useful for 'ganks' to tax your laner.
You’re the best 💚
Phelios peak moment
What are your opinions on Nafiiri’s jg with the new changes?
Congratulations or sorry that happened, whichever fits best
titantic and runaan's... splishy splashy aphelios is op
wait how do u counter level 1 invade on same side?
How do you what
I love aphelios so much, I quit league when they nerfed him even after Zeri came out. Like brother just kept getting it.
He got buffed earlier today btw
Do you think syndra could work as jungler?
Purple blue is good wdym Gotta try hydra on botlane tho
