does anyone know why for the rose water vid, it's better to let it evaporate and pour into the dish, instead of just straining it?

I think the rose water in the bowl was used for perfume??? but idk so don't quote me 😂😸

Well, I guess that the water that is evaporatibg carries the Aroma(molecules) of the rose. This is a common technique also used with lavender I think. Some moluecules are soluble at certain degress. Also, I guess the percentage of water in the steam is smaller than the "straining" water so you have a higher concentration of the aroma molecules.
