I have the same press...i'm in the same situation having to screen a zip hoodie for a local union. i might have to hit home depot have them cut some ply wood to the sizes needed.
We tape front and back of screen and flood whilst pallets are down, we also use a split squeegee, maybe a little over board but still had no popped screens yet 👌
Once we move the shop, we're going to invest in some so we don't have to bother with the small manual, or do shirts / sleeves on our limited pallets. Action Engineering makes some great pallets. Can't go wrong with them. We have a few for specialty things.
I just placed an order like this and I was stressing hard as the last time I did it, the off contact due to the buttons made alignment hit or miss. I just had a mental breakthrough, like.. can't I just use a sleeve platen so the buttons are hanging off the side? I haven't the shirts yet, but hoping this works!
First time I ever screen printed I didn't know what I was doing and did a button up shirt. Hung the buttons off the side like you said and just lined things up. Worked out!

What pallet hacks have you done in the past? Would love to hear about it.
I'm a beginner, and I don't have any information on automatic printing machines
What do you advise me to buy?
Vector or Titan 12/10

We’ve done the same with the previous press. Works great.
Had a blast watching your video. Apollo is cool.
Thank you!
Thinking of just buying pallets for our autos from action engineering after doing a 500 piece job with 3 colors on the manual.

water base ink dry up so fast , it is winter season. need help
You might need a mister adding moisture to the ink, or get a spray bottle and mist it every now and then. What ink are you using?
You just need a pair of home-use vaporizer .

You sure could. Just have to align things up and it’ll work.

you can but getting shirt lined up straight is very difficult... Even the slightest angle will have your image printed crooked.
No entiendo nada.
Yo lo siento.
