I tried this exercise and I am overwhelmed. Something dark I was carrying has been released and transformed. Thank you for this video. I can feel the energy shifting and moving through my body and it is beautiful. This is simple but powerful shadow work!

Ah since I posted last, I have found something to help ease things a little bit, Don't laugh now! its CBD Gummy bears- Yes really I eat the lowest daily allowance of 10mg each, it is subtle, but it works. they things flow easier and find a calm point for a little while 🐻🐻😃😃

It's a copy of a very early tattoo discovered on the left arm of a medicine woman (known as the Princess of Okok), who was buried with along with horses in full harness, to speed her journey to the underworld, cannabis, food and other treasures, in the Altai mountains of what is now Russia, in about 500BC. Her remains were preserved by a glacier, and her tattoo was intact. It's a personal talisman for me.
