So what ive learned from your vids is
1. Show that you have the mindset of a SD (problem solver, team player, commutator, etc)
2. Progress through interviews and always come out knowing what you're lacking
3. Showing who you are as a person and not just focusing on the technical side of the interview
Your vids are so informative, short and sweet, just amazing honestly. Keep up the good work man!
Sorry just seeing this! But yes, you are exactly right. These are the keys to actually get a job.
Dope stuff as usual man! I'm about 3months into my coding journey and its good to hear some insight on how to handle the interviewing looking for job process! Thank you!
Thank u so much for being transparent.
My 2022 just got better 😀😀😀. I love this video. Excellent content and thanks for the heads up.
For a long time I haven't seen someone being so thoughtful and true about the reality of getting a job in tech as you are. Thanx and keep up the amazing service you are doing for all the people that are still struggling,🙏🏾
We did interviews for a position we already knew who we wanted. The candidate was so good we recommended that candidate for another position.
It’s amazing what strings get pulled when you’re just a good candidate
This is a must watch for anyone looking for a job!
Some great tips, rock it brother!
Thanks man!
Sooo Informative... Thank you for sharing your best insights 🙌
Thank you!
Really good video. Really cool.
Love your content and style bro!
Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much for these valuable insights that we would usually learn after a long time from experience...😍
Thanks bro
Brian interview is also an important part of a great software career..not just technical stuff
Very good questions....i've actually started asking "Feedback" type questions just see where they're at. You'll probably be able to tell if you got the job or not just from their answers. Good tips though!
I was talking about a nice latin rap spotify playlist i liked to listen to in my interview as a reason why i chose to make a api that updated a s3 bucket everytime the playlist gets updated, and i asked the interviewer if he was a fan of spanish rap LOL I somehow got the job for a high paying role
Let’s gooo! Lol that’s pretty funny
Step 1 have a personality and not a introverted doomer.
lol that definitely helps
Hey Brian quick question here ..when you get stuck and don't know how to go about a problem is it safe for you to Google?
If you don't use Google as a software developer....you're not going to be employed for too long..lol. I'd say 8 times out of 10...whatever you're stuck on, the answer will be out there. The other 2 times out of time you'll at least be pointed in the right direction to resolve your issue
You can do better than "If you like the video, please like the video..." Otherwise, great stuff!
Thanks!
Bros build diffrent hahahha. Man got alll the secret Saus. Brian do you know Victorias secrets?
"If you would hire me and you look back a year from my employment. What would I have done for you to say that I was a successful hire?"
Barssss Thanks alot for helping out.😊
