김은숙X이병헌! 믿고 보는 '미스터 션샤인' 제작발표회 FULL ver.

26일 오후 서울 강남구 논현동 파티오나인에서 tvN 새 토일드라마 '미스터션샤인'(김은숙 극본, 이응복 연출) 제작발표회가 진행됐다.
이날 행사에는 이병헌, 김태리, 유연석, 김민정, 변요한과 이응복 PD가 함께했다.
한편, '미스터 션샤인'은 신미양요(1871년) 때 군함에 승선해 미국에 떨어진 한 소년이 미국 군인 신분으로 자신을 버린 조국인 조선으로 돌아와 주둔하며 벌어지는 일을 그린 작품으로 7월 7일 오후 9시 첫 방송된다.

대한민국이라는 작은 나라에서, 어느 작가의 작은 상상력에서 시작한 드라마가 큰작품이 되었으니, 상업성을 떠나서 제작의도에 비례한 시너지효과는 충분했다고 생각합니다. 구체적인 사실성을 떠나서 혼돈과 격변의 시대, 조선이 국가로서의 주권을 잃어갈때...조선의 의병이란 무엇을 했으며, 왜 주권을 잃고 자신을 버린 나라때문에 목숨바쳐 지키려 하였는지..
넷플릭스를 통해서 이제 전세계 사람들이 보게되면, 왜 대한민국인이 일본인을 싫어하는지.. 동아시아의 역사는 어떤식으로 왜곡되었는지 알게되겠지요. 출연한 배우들의 연기력에 매우 감탄하였고, 특히 김은숙 작가를 정말 좋아하게 되었습니다. 이시대를 살아가는 우리가 잊고사는것이 무엇인지를 딱딱하지 않은 유쾌하고 낭만적인 이야기로 풀어낸 작품이네요.
In a small country called Korea, a drama that started with a writer's small imagination became a big work, so regardless of commerciality, I think there was enough synergy effect in proportion to the intention of production. I was very impressed by the actors' acting skills, and especially I really liked Kim Eun-sook. It's a piece of work that tells us what we forget about living in this era through a pleasant and romantic story.
