Understand the meaning of retrograde. A retrograde planet DESIRES to go back 1 sign. So from Aquarius it wants to go back to Capricorn and hence during its retrograde phase, you will get results of Saturn in Capricorn even though physically it is in Aquarius.

These predictions are based on Sidereal zodiac, not western (tropical) zodiac. First you need to create your chart based on sidereal zodiac. Then look at your rising sign (ascendant).
You are confusing between Lunar Eclipse and Solar Eclipse. Lunar eclipse on Sep 17/18 is in Purva Bhadrapada. I have separate video on that. Whereas Solar Eclipse of Oct 2/3 is in Hasta (this video).
