Yaalini small doubt,once the oil comes to room temperature can v add chilly powder and mix...just to hv a comfortable mix.. definitely gonna try this plz do share mango pickle, Will be waiting for it..tq fr wonderful video
You can Add in lemon as I have shown. Because when we add chilly in lemon , it will get mixed well and will become red in colour. If you add chilly in oil, lemon will not get that red colour. Taste and look both are needed for a good pickle.

Do you need to put the lime outside in the sun to dry? If not it is my lucky day as I live in UK. Leaving outside to dry is only can be done during summer season.
