@@CaioSantos-tz6kv 6 Day a week pull push legs but I worked up to that. I warm up with injury prevention for hip flexors ankles side glutes and the McGill big 3 everyday. Try to get in plyo on my leg days doing weighted jumps step ups kneeling jumps pogo jumps etc. I haven’t done as much as I could have due to freak injuries playing basketball. Jump sessions to practice dunking I try to do once a week. The most important thing for all the progress I’ve made is nutrition. Shaving the body fat I had has just made me a better athlete. The only problem I’m having is trying to stay at a lower weight because of my joints. I keep getting bigger and leaner. I’m getting close to 5’9 170 at 10% bodyfat (quad veins oblique veins a legit 10%) but I want to be 165 to jump higher

I am commited to dunking. That is my Future. I want to increase my vertical. I am at a verge of become an elite dunker. I can dunk (depending on the rim height and/or how good or bad good days are. I guess 10ft 6in is the bare minimum for dunking entry, Currently I’m at 9’5” jumping reach, 25in vert At 5’9in. I’ll have to get my vertical to 36in Which is another 13in on top of where I’m at currently.

I'm at the lower end of that age range. I did the math and my "time multiplier" after a year of good training was 1.6. So Isaiah's comment above is pretty spot on with how it's been for me!
I went from a 30 inch vertical to a 45 inch vertical in 12 weeks. I was 18 and I developed my own program based off the information i had read about strength development. Its one of my proudest achievements. Its cool to see so many guys like you who found their own path to jumping really high.
Awsome video!! Is there a number you think most people can get? Like should most (average height, weight and under 35) guys be able to reach at least 36 inches with proper training? Im 6,3, 220 lbs, 26 y old, with a 28 inch V. I play volleyball and havn't been diligent in the weight room enough. I feel like that and having the need to shed off around 20-25 lbs is what have been keeping me from making progress.

What if I’ve been at the same vertical for years. I’ve had a 36-37 for the past 2 years. I haven’t been training my vertical at all and it’s been the same. So if I start training again will my vertical increase more quickly

I got my vertical from last year late spring (23") to now end of summer (36"). Hopefully this time next year I can say I have a 40 inch vert🙏

if you can barely dunk with a 39 inch vert at basically 6 ft you have Trex arms
You should be dunking if you jump 39 inches. That or you need to fix your technique

Everything happens more slowly so it's more like multiplying the time by like 1.5
