I used this recipe instead of my own broccoli casserole recipe & I loved it, we all did. I added diced onion & used a jar of cheese whiz (my picky husband doesn't like the tostito cheese), & put large crumbles of ritz crackers on top, it gave it a very nice touch but not sure how good it would taste left over & reheated bc of the ritz, I didn't have even a serving left to find out & I doubled this recipe lol (I baked it on 350 for 35 minutes & then uncovered it & baked it another 10 minutes, PERFECT). Thank you Mrs. Gina for all these wonderful recipes, everything I've made from your channel has been a huge hit even for my picky family lol

I JUST cooked this on 12/18/20 and it’s superb. She forgot to mention how long to bake so I baked for 1hr 15min till broccoli became done. Gonna buy reg Tostito sauce instead of medium which was a bit hot for my taste but still delicious. Will definitely cook again yummyyyyy

Oh my GOODNESS. Just finished making this & it IS THE BOMBBBBBB!!! Followed recipe to a T. You didn't mention the oven temp so I played it safe & baked it on 350 for 45 min and it came out PERFECT!!! My hubby LOVES it & my daughter Loves it. I said I was gonna try the 4 recipes I watched. This was the 1st one. I LOVE it!! uuuu wheee! we made this today. But living in Peru we had to improvise quite a bit due to no prepackaged foods. I dug up an old Knorr dry cream of mushroom mix i had from the USA. i used 1/2 the water to make it like your concentrated. Then for the cheese sauce, I simply made a white sauce with grated block parmesan, colby, and sharp cheddar and use a spicy chicken packet from an ancient Ramen noodle package.and i added fresh mushrooms since i had them. Oh i had found a from scratch rice a roni recipe but didnt have the ingredients so just went with regular rice. Letting you know my three workers licked their plates and said put it on the list for repeats. We had green grapes for desert. Tomorrow we are trying your Chrizo empanandas!im using my butter pie crust for the bread part. We LOVE you! Blessings

Gina, I am making this tonight, added garlic and red bell pepper to sauting my chicken, used cream of chicken soup, and layered the ingredients instead of mixing it all together . We are excited to see how it turns out. Oh, also crushed some Rits crackers and put those on top. Thank you for the recipe
I made this for dinner tonight and it waaas sooo good! I didn’t have any Tostitos so I made a homemade cheese sauce and I didn’t cover my pan cause I like my casserole a little tighter than her results, i sprinkled some extra shredded cheese on the top and I put mine on broil for the last 5 min for a slight crispy top. Oh my goodness it was good 👌🏼
I love this casserole & have made it many times. I used to use cheddar cheese soup as well as cream of mushroom. Corn Starch! Adding the cornstarch to the chicken pieces gives them a nice crust when fried up; I use this when I stir-fry chicken.
