@@daysoftheboo I don't believe in full healing but I believe in accepting it and doing the work. Wheither it's CBT, DBT etc. It's all about desensitizing yourself to past traumas. I'm glad you found a good therapist. We don't have that here. I've been yelled at, cussed at because I challenged the therapists to do their jobs. One told me they were just there for a paycheck. It's hard to heal when there are so many current triggers going on and no help. It amazes me that they can keep a job.
I've always found their story such a fascinating one. It's one of the only animation based things in Hollywood as well to be completely self owned which is also interesting.
I'm very impressed that this franchise remained independent for as long as it did...and now they want to sell, sadly. According to an interview with Janice Karman, her and Ross's kids Vanessa and Michael don't want to take over the franchise (it's already enough work helping their parents with the current show) and would rather do something else. I hope they add some fine print that'll allow this franchise to retain its integrity...because whoever buys it would probably ruin it more than it already has been otherwise.

WOW! I never saw this clip before! It must've been a special feature from a DVD of Alvin and the Chipmunks! Thanks for posting it!
What if the concept focused on 3 Singing Rats instead of 3 singing Chipmunks would people still go and see it?.
Yes, it was! I loved that DVD as a child

Before UA-cam existed, I could somewhat hear David Seville’s voice through the earliest recordings of The Chipmunks’ squeaky voices.
Ironically the original guy who was the original Dave in the 50’s, 4:30, voiced all three, his son does the same now, keeping the tradition alive! 😊
