@@oczhaal I'm 99% sure that that comes under constructions and use regs. It's something they check for once a year in the MOT but any member of the plod society can pull you over and do you for having tyres that are visible when viewed from directly above...
It's currently a rolling 40 years old exemption, although i don't agree with the not having to have an mot part. I'll still be taking mine in every year.
