@@thecrossoncottageI only wear socks like three months out of the year, but still yes they can get really bad. Of course, it's just me. You have a family lol.
Oh my gosh thank you so much, that is so kind!! And I am right there with ya girl...I am praying we get cooler weather here in Florida sooner than December this year! lol
Lindsay your bedroom looks so nice and I love the gingham plaid with that teal cover you found thrifting. What a beautiful score. I have a cabinet that has been sitting 3 years and 2 Slipper chairs. My husband was not handy so I think i will Google it to get the directions. You have inspired me. Another little girl you are so lucky. Maybe she will be born around my birthday 9/15. Good luck. Donna xoxo I was happy to see your dog. I thought he had passed or was no longer at your house. Take care.
Putting together furniture is definitely intimidating! For me at least it is! lol You can do it though! My dog usually is sleeping in the dining room but she kept coming to check on me throughout this video-probably because my husband wasn't around! lol
If you have any architectural salvage stores near you (or antique stores) that carry large old window arches, shutters, a big tabacco basket or an old large store sign those all make interesting wall hangings when you're dealing with a large wall space. I would personally go for the real thing and avoid the signs that are not truly old as they lack the same character (at least to me) hope that helps! Also, I think the gingham is such a classic that it definitely goes with your home. I love the paint color in your room and the whole room came out so pretty. Hugs from hot and sticky PA 😎
Thanks for the suggestions!! Florida lacks good antiques unfortunately 😔 Pennsylvania definitely has the BEST thrift and antique finds in my opinion! Thank you for watching!! And I envy the fall weather coming your way in the next few months! 😅
Good job sorting the sock basket. Mismatched socks have always been a pet peeve of mine
hahaha i WISH i would have counted the total pairs. I don't know how it got so bad lol

This is so beautiful! I love the accents of rich red with the powdery blue ❤
Thank you so much! I'm definitely loving the red tones in decor lately!!!
Love your home!! The gingham is pretty! I like it!
Thank you so much!
I love the gingham duvet! And so cozy.
Thank you!! I was unsure if it would look too "farmhouse" but I think with the other patterns in the room, it blends nicely! 😄
The only way your videos could be better is if there were more! Can't wait for fall decor and some cooler weather

This came out so cozy! I love all that you did with the wall art, it really grounded the space ☺️
Thank you so much! There are still some things that I want to update/add but I'm very happy how it all came together! 😄❤
