In as much as I'm in support for local government autonomy, this current move is political, in this what I'm seeing is president Tinubu and APC influencing the local government chairmans and their councillors hence local government chairmans and councillors now has direct access to the president and no longer loyal to the state governor, this is 2027 state capture but it will work against APC if not in 2027 in the nearest future 😊
