Last time we physically met like when I took him to the airport I said what I needed to say about how I felt and his response was a blab of stuff about not being from the same roots/heritage but being open to us if I were, so we left it at that romantically but then he says he wants a deep friendship so I cut the chord on any possible romantic future and accepted the friendship.
