I'll be honest. I just wanted to jump through the picture and yell STOP no don't do it! BUT I know you have made the best choice for you and baby! I'm so proud of your courage! May God bless you and keep you safe well and healthy forever!
What family?!? Adoption doesn't create family it destroys family. All that is ever created with adoption is legal wards and legal guardians and a situation where a child cannot live with their parents. If it were a blessing from God to take a kid out of its family then adoptees would statistically do better than those that get to stay with their families and we can clearly see that adoptees are over represented in mental health treatments, incarceration, learning disabilities and lack of financial advancement. Adoption is a pretty poor solution. I say we find out which men really don't want to be father's and or really can't or won't be responsible and give the lot of them vasectomies and that will solve the majority of the problem with no abortions and almost no adoptions.
Support not separate Adoption is not biblical Pre verbal trauma for this adopted baby and all others given away to strangers Worldwide adoptee speaking out against adoption
Just a suggestion....you need more adoptees points of view to really encapsulate the pain, trauma, and reality of adoption. I'm not talking about the ones who parrot the rainbows and butterflies stories told to them by their adopters. I'm talking about those of us who have really examined the impact adoption has had upon us and are able to be critical of the adoption system. Adoption is not beautiful, adoption is loss. In order to be well rounded you really need adoptee perspectives. The whole "....but in the end it's all for the best" just doesn't cut it....as well as that being extremely untrue. It's more harmful than you can even fathom to have adopters at the head of the adoption conversation.
Thank you so much for sharing. Definitely agreed that all adoptee voices need to be amplified. We've shared some for National Adoption Awareness Month on our blog (rgadoptionconsulting.com/blog/) and are always looking to feature more. If you're open to contributing, we would love to amplify your voice on our UA-cam Channel. You can email us at support@rgadoptionconsulting.com anytime!
As an adoptee I agree with you adoption especially domestic closed adoption is legalized human trafficking and identity theft for the benefit of the rich and or influential infertile.
@@tabithawolf6077 how so? Human beings are being exchanged for money and striped of all identity and real birth certificates. Along with being denyed a true and accurate medical history. How is this not government sanctioned legalized human trafficking. Furthermore these traffickers (social workers mainly) often even out right lie about non identifying info.
