Survivor Editors are really funny cause when they're good they're frickin awesome. When they're bad, you get Survivor: Samoa or Survivor: Ghost Island
Or Caramoan mostly on the fans side or survivor 41
Or south pacific or a vast majority of the Fiji seasons
@@reydodonpa I'm sure they mean in a modern sense Survivor Samoa aged badly enough looking back I'm sure people were excited for it mostly due to season itself and Russell but as we go on the seasons Cons start to outweigh the Pros for this season due to edit/portrayal.

@@MLeveilleeMinistries yes Luvu was underedited a lot in the premerge, there was too much focus on advantages/twists rather than tribe dynamics, some people were given way more screen time than they needed Xander, Shan, and evvie over Erika and Heather who were very important to the season.
That Tyson and Erinn exchange is the best edit I’ve ever seen.

This is why Alicia should get a second chance. She scrambled through two people on a tribe who hated her, and was the only person who could start their fire.
I personally loved watching her “ray of sunshine” journey while on the most bitter, miserable and depressing tribe of brawn ever.
I recently got my sister into watching some of the survivor seasons with me, and we watched the season with russell and shambo and i knew the chicken dream scene was coming up and my sisters reaction to it was literally priceless 😭😂😆

One of my favs of these was in the most recent season (44) when everyone went looking for the idol and every single person walked past it several times. I was screaming at the screen omg

4:14 Personally, I wouldn't call that an edit joke, Russell knew they were there.
The edit joke is the camera pan, the camera could have started with all 4 of them in the frame and then its not so funny anymore.

Survivor 43 had an editing joke lol. One contestant said “a sales person is the most deceptive person of all.” Then he said he himself was a sales person. The survivor film crew on purposely synced his occupation that appears next to his name using a *ding!* 😂
Haven't watched the entire video yet but I'm expecting all of Debbie's occupations will be in here. XD

All the while it’s interspersed with clips of everyone else talking about how much they think the story is a crock of shit and how much of a liar she is. That shit was hilarious

One of the funniest edits I can remember is during one of the transition shots. Camera opens on a bird near the water right before a wave crashes into it. Editors added a sound effect to it which killed me. Can’t remember which season/episode this was but if somebody knows what I’m talking about it would for a great addition to a future part
