Visiting F4 Frösön in the very last few months of operating the JA37 VIGGEN, filming and enjoying the views. Filmed back in October 2004 in SD 4:3 video. Edited and released as HD 16:4.

Har tjänstgjort som materielplanerare på F 4. Vilken bra video, inget kan mäta sig med en JA 37 som startar ljudmässigt. Vilket härligt ljud, mäktigt som fågelsång.
Ah, häftigt. Då har du fått njuta av dessa fantastiska maskiner många gånger. Verkligen maffigt ljud. Oslagbart 💪

Sant sant , men jag tror ljudet tillhör ALLA Viggar. Det där mörka ljudet som känns i magen.

Kul med en film från F4, tjänstgjorde på 2:a stationskompaniet med inryckning 942. Då som flyg-vapenmekaniker. Många härliga minnen från den tiden. Men jag saknar Viggen, en underbar kärra.

10:29 Anyone knows why the nose of the aircraft was painted in light gray?
Could be they use different types of paint due to the nose cone radar and the special surface requirements you have on the front of the plane. You don't want to interfere with the radar signal if possible. The nose cone is built in a different material, like fiberglass or composits, and the rest is some type of aluminium. But I'm only guessing.
@@Plastpackad Maybe. It seems to be the same shade of light gray as the underside of the aircraft. The Gripen has the same paint strategy. With that, I mean the nose is lighter than the top side and seems to be the same shade as the underside of the aircraft.
