I'm 50 years old. This makes me feel like I'm 17 with a cig, a jacked stereo in a Chevy Chevette and hair my grandparents don't approve of, on the way to suit up for the Friday Night game.
I've still got the hair, aaaaaallllllll of it, and the smoke, but football, high school, and the stereo are gone and the Chevette rolled its way into a junkyard one night in 1990 listening to 'Operation:Mindcrime'. Rolled it's way the hard way.

I'm 53 years old, still play my guitar and Marshall amp every day, and I think this is some of the best sounding music I've heard in years. Great guitar tones, heavy bass, thunder drums, juvenile lyrics! In other words, pretty fucking awesome!

Another thing that makes this music sound great is it's NOT over-produced and over-edited. The band said in an interview that when they recorded this album they basically set up all the gear in a room, tossed a couple of mics around in different spots, and just played. It's so simple and raw sounding. Thats one thing I've always admired about certain bands, especially AC/DC and Airbourne. Their music is simple. When they play it live, it sounds like whats on the record. Perfection.
IM the older generation. I was watching AC/DC before these guys were ever born and I say - this is one hell of a band. I hope they rock forever.
If I were a band member in AC/DC I would really be flattered that we had this much of an impact on people just writing songs. Clearly these men studied AC/DC hard and I really dig their spin on it

Saw Airbourne in my local town, they were the loudest and most focused band I have seen since Rose Tattoo and The Angels. Not saying AC/DC are not great but Airbourne put on the greatest live 'Pub Act' I have seen for a long time. Thank you Airbourne, take note up and comers

I saw them this month in Bucharest and I am obsessed with them. They are the best, no joke, we must go to their concerts as often as possible, you will feel positive and energetic for weeks.

Axle was a great frontman for GNR. When it comes to AC/DC, Axle sucked. Joel would be infinitely better at filling the shoes of Scott and Johnson, but Airborne will hopefully end up on top, as they deserve, without filling out individual parts for other bands.
