Literally as I was doing the meditation, I started crying. Not out of sadness or fear but the part when she had us visualize our hands over our SP heart & tell them what we wanted, I just imagine us both basically telling each other our wedding vows and I felt it. It felt so real!
I cried at the same part too🥺 I felt overwhelmed x

Okay so I feel electric after listening to this... I properly cried too lol but it was because I was filled with so much emotion because it felt like I was in SPs presence. They live in a different country so it felt so real and the things I was saying to them and what they were saying to me I felt it to my coreee lol thank you for this meditation I think I will listen to this daily! I was about ready to give up.... not just on my sp but any love and this came into my suggestions. Hard not to when you've been blocked or ghosted repeatedly. So giving it a chance.... I've got nothing to lose

I have been using this to visualize for a few times now. Thank you ! Recently I sometimes question myself if it is worth spending so much energy on this SP. At the same time I still prefer him coming back. Is it a normal feeling when manifesting?
Manifesting/visualizing should be fun and enjoyable. You should enjoy the peace and love when you meditate and see them in your mind's eye. Spend time on your self-concept too but you can do as many things as you'd like as long as it makes you feel satisfied.

Does anyone have any advice for me? I am manifesting my SP to reach out to me but bruh I have so much anger towards the whole situation. Anytime I hear about him or think too much about him I get so angry. There’s also a fun 3P situation going on it seems so that fuels the fire and I don’t know how to not let that bother me. And I just don’t know how to not be mad hahaha
Use that anger to affirm! That’s what I do. I affirm thru my tears and anger and I say “fuck that, He’s my fuckin husband and he can’t live without me!” And I keep saying stuff until I feel content and it works!
