thank you for all these informative informations, when I blast my sequences in NCBI the first seq appear is not the same first seq appear using EZtaxon, however %similarity in EZtaxon indicate 99.40% and ncbi indicate 99.02% / why there is difference / why not appearing the same seq for both of database
The difference in results between EzBioCloud (EzTaxon) and the NCBI database is due to the type of sequences each provides. EzBioCloud only includes type strains, which are manually curated and accurate, while NCBI offers a broader range of sequences that are not manually curated. You can choose either database based on your study needs. If NCBI is yielding satisfactory results, you may prefer to use it.
@ If you obtain similar results and they show the same species, it's better to use EZTaxon. However, if the results differ significantly in NCBI, it's preferable to use NCBI, as you’ll need to submit there to receive an accession number.

@Dr.Sajjadasaf it is 16s RNA, what do you advise please to use

@@Dr.Sajjadasaf it is showing a different species with the same genus, but EZtaxon shows the highest similarity percentage
@ then use eztaxon
