you cant differentiate...same happened with my child. just do therapies and homeopathy treatment...things will get cleared with time.

Hello Mam.. my son is 3.5 yrs old, he is very active and built the communication too , he is in nursery class but still he is not playful when many kids around .. but he keeps on observing every micro thing but do not express himself with strangers or with many kids of his age.. anything to worry? Or it will be fine with time

mere bache ke saath bhi aisa hi hua hai....ab wo 3yrs ka hai...usse virtual hi hai..... but recovery bhut slow hai...kyonki bache ne bhut kam age se mobile dekha hai... agar bacha hyper hai to homeopathy ki medicine bhi karana..
