Today came home from school to find got banned for discriminatory speech, for context, I was playing Fruit Battlegrounds and I said “Nika is crazy strong” referring to the ability “Nika” but I assume Roblox thought I was trying to bypass the filter, I appealed the ban and explained the context and they basically just said that they are right and I am wrong, it doesn’t bother me too much because it was a one day ban, I just don’t like THAT being in my ban history ._. An update: I asked for it to be removed from my ban history and explained my reasoning, and they actually accepted it. If you ever get banned for a stupid reason they are more likely to remove it from you're ban history after you have been banned than actually just unbanning you, I've sorta of noticed this over the years.

2 years ago my main 700 USD Account got a PERM BAN for uploading a fricking dummy model that was perfectly fine like wth and they didnt unban me even me pleasing in the support. I hate roblox moderation
I'll be honest, Preston using DMCA's aren't that bad at all, people have been stealing ideas from pet simulator for a long time now, the lucky blocks have been reused many times to the point where it isn't even really all that relevant anymore... and I'm not sure if the original creators of the lucky block don't even care. Yeet a friend was pretty much the only relevant thing "SO FAR" (putting that in quotations incase I'm wrong) that Preston had copied and to be honest I don't even really think it was that bad. The community however have copied their pet designs or have copied their shop menu from the purchasable eggs to the bottom 1 to 1, keep in mind there have been a lot of games that has done this. They could've chosen a different color scheme for pets or make their stuff somewhat original in their own style but in the end always seem to copy the games work regardless of that fact. Maybe DMCA's are a bit harsh sure but how can you really complain when Roblox is purely built off of copying off of one another, we do this in real life too sometimes we look up to people who are more successful and want to follow that path to get to the same level if not even up to a higher degree
