I’ve been watching this podcast for a while now and even though I respect the platform where you are putting or better yet expressing your hurt this way I have to say that dwelling in this space is not healthy and it doesn’t justify either parties in the situation. For the ones who got hurt we had a part to play in the heartbreak whether you want to accept it or not! Forgiveness is necessary and will elevate you to a better way of thinking . Just remember staying and dwelling in the hurt still gives that person control over a narrative that they need not be afforded after the fact! What was experienced is not love! And as your guest said never place that high expectations on someone but watch the actions and act accordingly! Great expectations open the door for a great fall!!!
A lot of people complain about a bad or hurtful thing that someone has done to them but they have done the exact same or similar thing to the person, or will do the same to someone else in the future.
