Or put out weekly reading sessions (sort of like with sitcoms) and then we become paid members of your YT channel for new video releases of your story time videos for the book! 💛 just a thought/idea.
I'm so glad you shared this. I started writing a series of books in 2017. I had to stop due to my job and felt like I wasted time not writing. So, I decided to start working on the series again, but I am struggling. I'm terrified that it'll get bad reviews and that it will turn into a waste of my life. But you're right. I should do what I love and finish creating this world. Thank you!!!

Omg! I did the same thing with writing "chapters" with dialog or description. I have lots of chapters but no full-length novel, yet. This year I started educating myself on story structure and outlining and it was a game changer. For anyone who reads this and wants to write a novel, I'm recommending author Sarrah Cannon, she has tons of youtube content that walks you through all the steps of writing a novel. She even gives tons of free templates for different structures.
I’ve been writing my first novel for 3 years and am about 200 pages in. I work full time, so it’s slow going. But I, too, don’t have a background in literature. I just have always loved books and have always wanted to write one. And I want to self publish. Thank you for all this info! I’m excited to hear about your experience.
