  • KEVIN SAMUELS REACTION - MOTHER GETS BIG REALITY CHECK
Hey Rivah Gang ! In this video I will be reacting to another Kevin Samuels video. This video talks about a woman who wants to know what to do to attract a high value man and also a mother who is unsure about who her sons will marry, as the young women she sees around her are not raised to effectively be a "wife" to her sons. This one is interesting! Make sure you guys smash that like button and leave a comment down below on your own opinion of Kevin Samuels but also keep sending me more reaction videos on instagram! Thanks again so much for watching !

You can't talk to people about their kids.. We know this but that's the problem. It takes a village to raise a child/children but we're taking that village away being scared to confront people.
Women are more comfortable confronting men but confronting other women.. "I can't do that."
Edit: As a man, I check my friends. Men and women alike. I got friends that ain't my friends no more because I checked them and that's fine because guess what?? One thing they'll never be able to say about me is that I didn't care. They may choose to not be friends because they didn't like what I said but they definitely heard it. And if this society was set up where more people were like this then I'd be confident that eventually, they'd get the message but the way it's set up now, it's like maybe they will but likely they won't because there are too many people who won't be brutally honest.

Kevin proves his points all the time, Black women will sit and listen to a lecture for 12 hours STRAIGHT about Black men "leveling up" but, the MINUTE that lecture changes to the abhorrent, unacceptable dispositions often seen from Black women and WHY they're NOT being chosen by Black men, at the levels they THINK they're entitled to, the fangs come out and everything discussed before, is IMMEDIATELY tossed out because, now, they're all caught up in their FEELINGS behind how CORRECT it is, the speaker is often ATTACKED and they won't listen to 15 minutes of it and start heading for the exits! This IS the PROBLEM and it'll continue to be until it's addressed in ALL it's honesty, just as Black men are stretched out!☝️😳

“You can’t talk to people about their kids”
Well, SOMEONE has to have that conversation OR things will only continue to get worse than what it already is and I’m afraid to see what that’s going to look like years down the road..

Number one, I do not consent to the term black as a descriptor of our people (and wholeheartedly do not agree with the misnomer of African American). I know beyond a shadow of doubt that the greater majority of so-called "black" people are truly the Indians of the America's (but that is an entirely different subject). However, for conditioned communication purposes, I will use the term "black" as a commonly known descriptor of the population of people being talked about in these conversations. With that being said, I totally agree with Mr. Samuel's assertion that "black" women are the ones that need to check other "black" women. I say that knowing from stories of both my mom and dad describing the communities they grew up in back in the 50's/60's. I've heard them tell stories on multiple occasions of how when they were young and attended all "black" schools in the south, that if they (or anyone else) got in trouble at school (or church), they would get a whooping by the teacher at school (another "black" person of their community), get another whooping from their mom when the teacher called and told her what happened in school, and yet possibly another whooping when their dad got home. Now, I'm not advocating this practice, but I bring it up to illustrate the closeness and collective strength of our prior tight knit community's. This was only half a century ago. To think that our community's have been so broken down and dismantled, that a woman wouldn't or couldn't talk to another woman about their actions nor their child's actions, just shows how far out of wack things have become (mostly due to fear of confrontation via a possibly unstable person/woman). My point is our community needs real healing to bring back a true communal sense and nature because things were not always this way...Hopefully this is read and received in the spirit in which it was written, which was all love and a sense of pride.
P.s. Great job Rivah! You have excellent content!

Riveh this is the point. Hypothetical: you are raising your sons to be up standing citizen with stature. When those boys go out in this world. There isn't wives being raised. So all your work into building your sons is for not because they can't complete the bond of family. Because these girls are misguided. You have to have the hard conversations with your sister code to build both sides. I love your work and your views but this is what is killing the black families. Both sides need to do the work. Both sides need to get in the ear of these boys and girls. So I Know it is difficult to speak to these woman. But they're not listening to us so it has to come from their sisters and moms and girlfriends. keep up the good work and you are appreciated

Why can't black people talk about how other parents raise their kids? It happens with other races all the time without a problem?
If you see someone raising their son to be a violent trouble maker you gonna talk to them about it right?

But you can talk to someone about they relationship, about they marriage, career choice, aspirations, decisions in general, but kids are off limits, that’s where we draw the line? No ma’am we should because we need a community of like minded individuals if we wanna grow. We need to go back to the days when kids can go to visit any adult and family and the same expectations are set. Stop the “well everyone is different” trope, if people gonna get offended so what? Truth doesn’t bring people together, it divides and in doing so you should surround yourself with like minded people.

It's crazy that we can't say that, but in todays climate you always hear women saying "where are the men to step up and help with these boys and show them guidance". So is it we can't say that about the girls or we can't say that about any child period? If men have to step up and be role models etc to all these lost young boys, why is it not on the women to do the same with the young women out here?

Because the reality of it is this…. The only conflict that women of today’s time are built for is conflict within their own body (menstrual cycle, pregnancy/giving birth, etc). As men we have always been ready and built for conflict even if it means risking our lives. As men whether it was through playing a sport/sports or actually having some sort of male figure in our lives we learnt to accept the truth even if it brings conflict with how we feel at the moment. Most women (not all) haven’t dealt with this type of forwardness and honesty in their life so it’s difficult for them when it comes to being this way.

I believe you missed the point. What Kevin is ultimately getting to is the fact that nothing will change unless an intervention occurs. Yes. The obvious will happen -- people will become upset. Regardless, it is a woman's choice to either let things continue to worsen; or advocate for positive change. I prefer the latter, but some people don't know how to handle uncomfortable situations ALTHOUGH they have absolutely no problem being excessively confrontational with a man.

You can't talk to people about their kids and that's the problem. It takes a village. I don't care what day and age it is that's etched in stone and you can't change that fact.
