Mine had pcb issues like that - sometimes it would decide when it would want to run, shut off half way through cleaning or just turn on suddenly if left plugged in - pcb decided to then behave itself, until the motor went bang...
Yes that's exactly whats happening with this one hope its commutator doesn't go like your old one. Might try next time leaving it plugged in until it switches on then do a demo vid if the pcb does go then I'm sure it will be fixed if the motor goes bang then it would probs go to the tip
@@TheHenryCollectorExtra this Henry did turn on off camera well the first time I tried it was dead I kept unplugging it replugging it it didn't turn on after a while I tried again and it worked and I vacuumed the place then I unplugged and started recording this and then it stopped again its having pcb issues its not fully gone yet as it sometimes works and doesn't read Abir's comment
@@TheHenryCollectorExtra yep it ran fine sounded normal the motor is completely fine I think the pcb is just getting a bit faulty I might next time leave it plugged it and if it randomly switches on I'll film it
No its definitely not the motor otherwise it would've completely burnt out and not worked its the pcb (printed circuit board) which is a common thing to go on those models. This one sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't
My grans Henry 2013
The fact it has the electro lux pipes and floor head tells me it’s knackerd
I put that on it as I couldn't find it's extension tubes and floortool
My grans HVR200A is fine

Has it been fixed yet

Oh
The stickers make it look cool lol, the issue would be the PCB.
Yh it does and yes it is sometimes it works tho I used before to clean so the pcb isn't fully gone *YET*!!!
Don’t think it even turned on.

Carbon brushes maybe?
Nah its *DEFINITELY NOT* I'm 99.9% sure its the pcb as it sometimes works but sometimes doesn't and the autosave models have this issue
Take it out and clean it, it might be save able, if it works sometimes it hasn’t gone yet
Oh ok I'll tell them that next time
We used to have 1
Oh what happened to it?
