Hopewell is horrible, the crime has skyrocketed, and city council is crooked as hell.

Every city/area has it's perks and quirks no matter where you go, I've lived in this area almost 48 years now and I feel like Hopewell has come a long way. If you're currently living there and not happy then please reach out so we can get you relocated to another area that will suit your needs. Thanks!
@@RichmondVirginiaLife I already have 3 homes, thanks anyway. Hopewell has gone downhill especially with their Treasurers office. You don't know what I know about the crooked city council.
