My dought mixer has a kind of short circuit ..since then stopped working .. I am pretty sure the water went inside the machine while cleaning...is it fixable ??
For 2 days now I and my supervisor have been trying to work on our company's M200t MACADAMS dough mixer. The issue is that, the spiral is able to rotate at Low Speed but cant go on fast...please help

For that we'd recommend if you can get your local technician to advise on ground, it not easy converting mixer motors but it may be possible.

It is still quite fixable, you may have to replace whatever is short circuited.

It's probably 3 phase, just reverse the polarity by switching the phase wires in the plug
