Hi Tony. Further to what you were saying about mental health; I've had my own challenges for a while and it's only in the last 2 or 3 months that things have started to pick up. I'm in a really good place at the moment and I think part of that comes down to the 2017 Christmas podcast. I've been a fan of DnB for some time but that particular podcast just made something click. I'm happier, stronger and healthier in multiple ways AND I've fallen in love with DnB again. 2018 is my year and to anyone else listening who might have their own challenges, this is your year too. It may take a week, a month or perhaps longer but stand fast and trust what lies ahead of you; it will come. Much love to Hospital and everyone!
