Lord help the politician give up self-interest the same way I am now trying to give up self interest -in Jesus name
I have condemned many USA politicians online in my comments - this is very hard for me to stop. Help by praying for me that I promote Jesus only in my comments
Most US politicians are unrepentant sinners, we are suppose to rebuke them, Rebuking them with the intent to try to help correct them, is not condemnation.
That being said, we have to judge by the word of God, any other type of rebuke is condemnation. Ezekiel 3:18-19.
Yes there is also something “magic” in realizing our new righteousness is not our own in the new life that comes when our natural selfish self-satisfaction is turned over to Jesus
There is something “magic” for the human, at least the one chosen by Christ, in realizing another had to DIE for them -their sin is truly that deadly; not a small thing no matter how outwardly they may look righteous to others

Your father and his worries about college educations reminds me of my own father: he wished his own father was alive still in 1969: because my grandfather had said with assurance that MAN WOULD NEVER REACH THE MOON. My father wished his father had lived to see the first moon landing. I hope my father accepted Christ at the end: and both of them will see the things I told my father about CHRIST are true! I did witness to him and he thanked me but no decision at that time - yet I had a dream that May indicate I will see him and do projects with him and my unsaved brother in heaven - so I await finding out if the dream was from The Lord !

What do you mean "Condemn"? We are suppose to rebuke, and suffer not sin because of our Brother. Condemning someone unrighteously, Absolutely it is sinful and wrong. However An unrepentant sinner, we are absolutely suppose to call them out. First in private then open rebuke. Ezekiel 3:18-19. I will be honest, Im still in the process of listening to the sermon, So thats why I asked to clarify the meaning of condemn.
Not all rebuke is condemnation.
